Cory Allen is an author, podcast host, meditation teacher, and audio engineer from Austin, Texas.

His podcast, The Astral Hustle, is one of my favorite shows in the whole world. The show features leading experts in mindfulness, neuroscience, and philosophy and is consistently effective at helping me unlock doors within my psyche. Also, Cory has the most deep, soothing podcast voice in the biz.

We talk about his new book NOW IS THE WAY: An Unconventional Approach to Modern Mindfulness.

I’ve read all of the NOW books, so I picked up this book expecting to just skim over it. I ended up reading the WHOLE THING in one sitting. It changed my entire day. I was happy, I got all my work done, I wrote everyone back, I exercised.
