Chip Pope is an Emmy-winning TV writer, comic, and podcaster based in Los Angeles. His podcast, It Happened In Hollywood, takes listeners behind the scenes of the indelible pop culture moments that shaped Hollywood history.

I first met Chip many years ago back in Austin at Cap City Comedy Club. Chip has always been quick-witted, high-energy, and possesses a vast knowledge of music history. We talk about Bowie, Prince, the strange tour of Paisley Park, and old-school Hollywood.
